Nawaf Tamim, known artistically as Nadian Benz. Grew up in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, he is a multimedia artist who works in sound design/production, performance, video art, 3D, and fabrics. He was immersed in a melting pot of cultures that shaped his understanding of identity and tradition. His work focuses on blending his Bedouin heritage with the realities of modern life, creating a movement he calls “The Bedouin Renaissance.” His goal as an artist is to foster global change and contribute to the cultural shifts happening both in Saudi Arabia and the broader art world.
